Summer hockey is a social league aimed at keeping up fitness and skills. We have two Y7/8 Harbour City Junior Hockey teams entered for the 2018 round. This competition runs from late January to mid March on Monday evenings. There are no practices and games start between 5.30 and 7pm.

2018 Winter Season
Organisation for our winter season is underway. Trials for 11-aside players will be in March. We are looking to run pre-season skills training for all existing and new junior members in March and early April (depending on turf availability).
Games for 11-aside players start 5th May. Games for 6-aside players start 12th May. Practices will start 2-3 weeks before these dates depending on coach availability.
Registration for the winter season will open in February. The registration form will be accessed from this site and from our Facebook page – Harbour City Junior Hockey.

Safety
The Club is concerned about providing the best possible safety environment in which to play hockey, however the Club can take no responsibility for personal injury incurred during any Club activity. Each team has a First Aid kit issued to them.
Levels of hockey available to Wellington players
We offer teams for the following age groups and grades for winter hockey:
